Motorcycle parts RFQ checklist

Put product details and purchasing requirements together before sending an enquiry. Follow the steps below, then use the template to help us review the item and quotation terms.

Prepare three groups of information

01

Identify the part

Share the product name or reference, vehicle model and year, and original part number. Add photos and key dimensions with units. Mark anything unknown as needing confirmation.

02

Describe the purchase

List quantities by item, any split-order plan, destination country and city or port, packaging and label requirements, and your preferred arrival date. The date describes your requirement.

03

Confirm the quotation

Review fitment, available quantity, price and currency, minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead time and shipping terms during the enquiry and quotation process before agreeing on a purchase.

Add the checks relevant to your part

These are reference items from the existing catalog. Photos and references help identify parts; dimensions and fitment still require confirmation.

Reference itemDetails to provide
Carburetor PD24JKBore, intake and air-filter connections, mounting method, and photos or details of throttle and choke connections.
Rear-view mirror ZX-2469Left or right configuration, original thread size and direction, and photos of the mounting interface.
Rear sprocket VF125-44TOriginal tooth count, matching chain type, mounting-hole spacing, and original-part photos.

Fitment, available quantity, MOQ, price, lead time and shipping terms require confirmation during enquiry and quotation. A reference or photo alone does not confirm direct installation.
